HTMLSpeak! is a basic but powerful HTML-based chat script for anybody.  It has bandwidth in mind, but at the same time, it's better than most of them out there, and through its HTML files, it's very customizable to your web site.

Features include:

• Nice, clean, neat, no-frills code using Perl, HTML, and JavaScript
• A framed format, enabling the user to surf while s/he chats
• Private messaging, as well as the main public chat window
• A fullscreen mode, with a IRC-like interface
• Integration to the RPGBoard user database (including various user- and MB-specific features), so that posters of an RPGBoard MB can enjoy a even-better community feel
• Automatically adjustable to anybody's screen size
